We’re looking for an experienced Revenue Cycle Manager (RCM), around whom we can build our future RCM team. The RCM is responsible for all aspects of ensuring our customers are able to successfully bill for their new onsite imaging services. From upfront contract and policy review to collaborating with our clients to resolve denials, you will be designing our processes and leading the charge in maximizing the value of our services to customers. Our ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and knowledgeable about independent primary care contracting and/or outpatient imaging service claims (e.g. x-ray, ultrasound, etc).Â
Responsibilities:Â
- Review payer contracts and policies to confirm service eligibility and payment levels for prospective clients.
- Support the provider enrollment process for our clients, which includes credentialing & re-credentialing for radiologists, cardiologists, and ophthalmologists with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
- Identify opportunities to improve fee schedules and assist in negotiations with payers to increase reimbursement rates and/or reduce claim denials.
- Collaborate with our clients to resolve issues with pending, rejected or denied claims for Imagen services and ensure that reimbursement is in accordance with allowable amounts stated in agreements and contracts.
- Ensure RCM processes are compliant with regulations for government agencies, third-party payers, & company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, or 3+ years of equivalent experience
- 3-5 years in a Revenue Cycle or related Business analyst position working with large multi-user systems
- Familiarity with outpatient medical imaging claims, independent primary care payer contracting, and/or payer enrollment is strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized with high attention to detailÂ
- Required travel: up to 25%

This is a work-from-home position where you will need a reliable WiFi network, a quiet workspace, and a desk/chair. Imagen has office space available for use by employees in lower Manhattan, NYC, and NY.
