Envision Radiology is adding a Full Time Remote Revenue Cycle Manager to the team!
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM MST | Position Pay Range $69,500 - $86,850

Summary/Objective:
The Revenue Cycle Manager oversees all activities within the revenue cycle department including but not limited to: patient statements, submission of clean claims, collection of patient & insurance receivables and patient communications. The position implements and maintains an efficient workflow within current practices certifying that all employees within the department have received the proper level of training to complete their daily tasks. Creates and implements metrics for productivity/quality adhering to compliance of payer, government and internal system regulatory policies.
Essential Functions
1. Responsible for operational and strategic oversight of patient accounting to include: billing, claims follow up, patient pay management, and call center collections.
2. Provides analysis, reporting and recommendations of revenue cycle performance in key performance metrics.
3. Supervises, trains, mentors, motivates, orients and evaluates performance of assigned staff & supervisors.
4. Works with management and personnel to efficiently handle patient billing information to maximize collections.
5. Provides leadership and directional support to call-service components ensuring all patients received outstanding service in relation to billing and payment concerns.
6. Maintains knowledge of compliance with state & federal laws, regulations for Medicare, Medicaid, managed care and other third party payers.
7. Assesses overall accounts receivable transactions, ensuring that activities are aligned to maximize collections.
8. Monitors daily operating activity of the department and makes necessary adjustments in work assignments.
9. Participates in the planning, design, implementation and measurement of quality improvement processes.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position provides daily leadership and operational support. This position is also responsible for assisting with performance management and hiring of employees within the Revenue Cycle department.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
