If you answered yes, Zywave would love to talk to you! Zywave is looking for a Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for order management and providing great customer service to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of orders, customer account maintenance, handling customer inquiries, and collection/cash application efforts for our ITC business unit. Additionally, you will resolve customer order and past due invoice matters by partnering with the broader Sales, Customer Support and Finance teams to deliver a consistent 'customer first' Zywave experience

Factors for Success:
- 2 years of professional experience with customer service, order management, and/or cash applications
- Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, or business preferred
- Experience with a CRM and Salesforce is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
