Job Description

The Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst will support Revenue Cycle with implementing billing system updates needed to ensure revenue integrity, and maintain compliant billing. The Analyst will assist with root cause analysis for charging, coding, billing, denials related issues and work collaboratively with operations and IT to implement EPIC build fixes.

Education/Skills:

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics/Statistics, Finance, Business Management, Finance, Healthcare administration or a related field.

2. Three to five years of related health care administration/financial or revenue cycle analysis experience.

3. Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills required.

4. Strong computer and systems application skills.

5. Knowledge of EPIC enterprise system required.

6. Hospital Charge Master experience and/or billing or coding experience focused on the CDM is preferred.
