What you will do
- Manage the Top of Funnel (TOFU) sales processes and rhythm of business
- Manage, Maintain, and develop the onboarding program and direct the Enablement Trainer on changes and business needs
- Use data and the sales leadership feedback to identify needs and opportunities in the BDR sales enablement programs
- Co-Design sales process for the BDRs with Revenue leaders and through the enablement Trainer ensure BDR revenue team reaches maximum adoption and productivity
- Collaborate with internal experts and sales coaches to enable the mastering of Pigment sales methodology and the development of relevant soft skills
- Coordinate product training with the support of the product management and the product marketing teams
- Coordinate training with the support of cross-functional teams to deliver tactical projects
- Maintain a high-quality standard for all internal sales content and create relevant documentation to support the sales process, methodology, and tools adoption
- Orchestrate internal communications to sales to ensure sales readiness at all times
- Own sales content platforms and sales enablement tools for Top of funnel activities
- Evaluate sales enablement programs' successes
- Propose improvements and corrective measures when necessary
Who you are
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Sales, Sales Enablement or Sales Operations position
- 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Consulting, Human Capital or a Sales related role
- Experience in creating high-quality content and managing training
- Experience in the technology / SaaS industryKnowledge of B2B software sales methodologies
- Experience working with sales tools (sales automation, CRM...) - experience working with Salesforce, SalesNav, Outreach, Gong and/or Hubspot is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- You speak English fluently, French is a plus
