The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Revenue Enablement Specialist to further uplevel and scale our revenue teams. This role reports to our Manager of Learning & Enablement.
The Revenue Enablement Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that our revenue team operates effectively through training, knowledge base management, process improvement, and culture building.
We’re looking for someone who is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and obsessed with creating a fun learning culture for all of our revenue teams. This role will need to hold themselves to a very high standard of delivery, and value partnership and stakeholder engagement along the way.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support our four-part learning and enablement ecosystem:
- Revenue Onboarding
- Ongoing Learning
- Maintain Revenue Knowledge Base & Collateral
- Systems & Tools
- Partner with the Manager of L&E to build and maintain our Revenue Onboarding programs
- Contribute to training course development through planning, design, and production
- Partner with our Manager of L&E to deliver workshops and other learning/enablement events
- Craft innovative and engaging learning experiences for our revenue employees
About You
- 2+ years of experience in training, enablement, or a similar field
- 2+ years of instructional design experience
- 2+ years of revenue enablement or revenue experience highly preferred
- Ability to work independently in various areas of learning and enablement
- Startup experience preferred
