Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and collaborative Revenue Finance Manager to join our finance team. In this role, you will partner with our Customer Success team to serve a business partner to provide financial analyses and insights to support our revenue. In addition, this role will provide financial support to our Marketing team with eCommerce revenue streams. The Revenue Operations Finance Manager will use their experience to analyze our revenue streams, drive business insights from financial analyses, diagnose and solve problems, lead development of reporting, and creating course-correcting solutions for key performance indicators.
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by key drivers (available-to-renew, retention, etc.)
  • Own financial data and key performance metrics (KPI) used to analyze and report revenue.
  • Partner with the Customer Success (CS) team to provide financial analyses and to understand business drivers, leading and lagging indicators, impacting revenue results.
  • Partner with our Marketing team to provide financial analyses to drive eCommerce business performance.
  • Identify issues and work collaboratively to find solutions and course -correcting initiatives.
  • Own accuracy of timely reporting of revenue. Work closely with finance, customer success, and marketing team to ensure consistency, visibility, and business input is reflected in results.
  • Develop revenue budgets and forecasts based on business insights and data/financial analysis.
  • Incorporate process improvements to enhance revenue reporting including but not limited to system add-ons, process flows, policy development.

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in financial analytics role with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in revenue operation finance role
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to establish and track metrics and convert them into actionable strategies.
  • Proven collaboration skills - experience acting as a liaison between a variety of departments and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance/data discipline.
  • Highly proficient knowledge of SaaS revenue models and metrics
  • CRM System experience required: Salesforce strongly preferred.
  • Ability to synthesize data into financial insights, clear take aways, and messages for wide /non-financial audiences.
  • Experience implementing process improvements to enhance revenue operations/reporting.
  • Possess a strategic and analytical mindset, capable of identifying financial opportunities and risks.
  • Willingness to dive into the details and work with Excel models to analyze and present financial data effectively.
