You’ll take ownership of maximizing yield on JustWatch to ensure the best possible user monetization while maintaining a stellar user experience.

What you will be doing

• Combine multiple data sources and report on A/B tests to abstract real-life optimization cases maximizing platform revenue.
• Calculate which affiliate deals will be visible to our users based on technical factors like browsers and devices as well as commercial factors such as conversion rates and CPAs.
• Partner with developers to create internal tools and systems for automated user monetization optimization, tracking, and reporting.

What we need from you

• Experience: Proven affiliate/monetization expertise through your own website, platform, or app.
• Technical Savvy: Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, tracking systems, and product development.
• Analytical Edge: Exceptional analytical skills with a love for diving into the numbers.
• Proactive Attitude: A go-getter who’s unafraid to challenge the status quo and lives to achieve results.
• Location: Based in Berlin or ready to relocate to Berlin.
