Job Description

Support the overall contracting and managed care operations of Montefiore Health System (MHS) by serving as a primary contact for the review of identified professional claim level issues with the goal of retaining negotiated revenue and limiting payment variances inclusive of both underpayments and overpayments.• Requires a minimum of three years' experience in health care or managed care industry• Good knowledge of contractual, administrative, operational issues related to managed care provider claims adjudication for Professional and/or Facility • Effective documentation skills as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel are essential• Knowledge of health insurance industry and benefit plan designs• Experience with Experian Contract Manager (ECM), Epic, FinThrive or other provider-based health care systems/tools a big plus, but not required

*High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
