Job Description:

The Revenue Management Systems Analyst is responsible for providing revenue management systems support and training, as well as assisting in testing efforts related to system enhancements. He/She participates in enhancement efforts by defining testing plans to ensure all system updates have the intended impacts. This position develops projects as the subject matter expert, conducts testing, and provides implementation support. The Revenue Management System Analyst oversees the administrative staff.

Preferred Competencies

• Demonstrates an understanding of implementation objectives, project plan, and one's role within a project
• Understands the objectives, strategies and policies of Revenue Management, the role that it plays and how it interacts with other functions, particularly Sales, Marketing, Finance and I.T
• Possesses an understanding of basic project planning processes, including planning action items and resources
• Bachelor’s degree (or internationally comparable degree) in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related field
