Revenue Manager

What you would do:

• Manage the monthly invoicing process, ensuring that clients are billed accurately and timely in accordance with sales contracts
• Monitor accounts receivable and the timely collection of payments from customers
• Oversee and manage a team of four people
• Ensure the team delivers superb customer service to our clients and internal stakeholders, including timely responses to billing and collection inquiries
• Prepare revenue accounting reports and analysis to support month-end close
• Oversee, streamline, and automate the billing and AR collections processes
• Work with external accounting firms (domestic and international) for preparation of required audit deliverables
• Supports senior management with ad hoc analysis and reporting
• Establishing and enforcing proper billing and collection policies

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of billing and collection experience. Experience in an software/SaaS company with subscription model is a strong plus
• Experience supervising multiple team members, including delegating, coaching and performance assessments
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to operate in a client-facing role
• Bachelor’s degree in business. Accounting concentration preferred
• Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and work independently
• CPA holder a plus

The salary range for this position is between $100,000 - $140,000 + bonus + benefits.
