Revenue Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a Revenue Manager to join our Operations team to oversee the financial performance of our newly launched furnished apartments. In this role you will drive a property's occupancy and revenue to exceed plan by coordinating activities with our pricing, marketing, and corporate teams. As a Revenue Manager, you’ll be responsible for traveling to new or underperforming Landing properties to oversee the launch, field marketing, and local community relations efforts. 

About the Team:

You will be joining a lean team of fast-moving operators who are building the future of Landing’s business model. The team is singularly focused on building a world-class experience for both property partners and members through great technology and consistent customer service.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the financial performance of a group of properties by working cross functionally with sales, marketing, field operations, corporate and pricing teams
• Prepare and deliver quarterly financial update reports and weekly internal performance updates 
• Establish relationships with on-site property staff. Turn them into Landing missionaries to keep homes filled and customer needs met
• Identify field marketing opportunities that can accelerate growth
• Monitor online travel agencies (i.e. VRBO, Marriott) to ensure listings are up to date and represent these homes in the best possible light
• Identify and sell to large businesses in the area to offer Landing partnerships for relocating employees

What you need:

• You are highly analytical and comfortable generating performance reports and dashboards 
• You love traveling to new places and meeting new people. You are comfortable traveling up to 50% of the time
• You have a customer-first mindset and strong communication skills
• You are hands on and proactive - you’re excited to try new things and figure out what works, and willing to double down on what worked best
• You execute relentlessly - once you know action needs to be taken, you act
• You know how to stay organized and feel comfortable juggling multiple tasks
