What We're Looking For
Cross River’s Accounting team handles the core accounting responsibilities at Cross River, and as Accounts Payable Manager, you play a key role. You will be responsible for leading and supporting the day to day activities for all aspects of accounts payable, ensuring compliance with internal controls, while leading and mentoring the AP team. This role requires strong communication skills as you will be frequently interacting with other Cross River employees (including senior executives) in order to ensure compliance and provide guidance.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a dedicated billing analyst
- Perform Revenue and AR month-end close activities: prepare journal entries and reconciliations
- Interpret billing requirements and revenue reporting across various platforms and products
- Generate accurate, complete, and timely invoices in accordance with contractual terms and ensure bills are paid on time
- Respond to client inquiries; research and resolve billing errors and issue debit and credit items as needed
- Assist in the formulation of internal controls and policies
- Support Accounting and FP&A groups with various tasks as neededÂ
- Drive process improvement initiatives and deliver on ad-hoc projects as necessary
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting; accounts receivable experience preferred
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Superior organization and prioritization skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience using Workday a significant advantage

Hourly Range: $48.00 - $55.00
