About the role
Orgvue is looking for a tenacious Revenue Marketing Manager to assist with the the go-to-market campaigns in North America. The role will focus predominantly on demand generation using hands on knowledge of B2B tactics and techniques together with an understanding of content marketing, sales enablement and channel support.
Responsible for translating Orgvue's ambitious objectives into localised campaign plans and executing those plans in full, they will have the autonomy to manage a full range of B2B demand generation activities both digital and offline. Using channels such as events, webinars, social media, and email, the Revenue Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in the integration of marketing and sales programs.
The right candidate will come with a track record of delivering campaigns that target senior leaders of enterprise companies, with quantifiable results. Able to take the initiative in a fast-growing company, flexing to changing needs and establishing rules and process as we scale. You will also be confident in dealing with senior stakeholders and external agencies, be comfortable closely collaborating with sales teams and be approachable to other people in the business. What you will be doing:
- Work closely with the Director of Revenue Marketing for North America and wider marketing team to devise global and regional campaign plans to acquire new clients, driving inbound leads and support to outbound activity.
- Event creation and management of both virtual and in person forums, including management of key industry events.
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations on continuous improvement of campaign implementation, automation processes, tracking, measurement and insights.
- Close alignment and effective relationship building with both BDE's and AE's to support an ABM and industry strategy to create and progress pipeline for enterprise target accounts.
- Brief and oversee the work of external agencies and event organizers, fostering productive working relationships and achievement of agreed returns.
- Work within an agreed budget to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- In collaboration with Product Marketing, and the Creative & Content teams, write, edit and proof-read copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns.
- In collaboration with digital marketing, help identify and improve conversions in Digital Marketing, including the use of search, social and website through integrated campaigns.
- Ensure the organization's brand and identity is adhered to in all campaigns and communication channels and that our representation at events is of the highest quality.
Requirements

Knowledge and Experience
- 5+ years' experience including in a high growth, fast-paced, B2B tech company.
- Experience in taking SaaS and / or software consultancy products to market.
- Hands on ability to develop integrated lead generation campaigns that convert to pipeline using both digital and traditional channels.
- Experience with Hubspot or similar, Salesforce and marketing automation. Linkedin Paid Social Demand Generation campaigns a bonus.
