Since 2019, our team has engineered FDA-cleared computer vision capabilities for interpretation of 2D and 3D dental imagery — industry-leading capabilities which clinicians, practice owners, labs and insurers use to elevate the efficiency, accuracy and consistency of dental care around the world.

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our RevOps team. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of CRM operations, supporting the SMB sales and customer success teams to ensure smooth operations, efficient sales-to-customer success handoffs, and accurate data management. You will play a crucial role in optimizing sales and CS processes, managing CRM data hygiene, and supporting automation projects to improve operational efficiency.

This position is ideal for individuals with 1-2 years of experience in RevOps, CRM management, or sales/customer success operations—particularly within a HubSpot environment—who are looking to advance their careers in a high-growth SaaS company.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Day-to-Day CRM Operations: Manage the day-to-day CRM operations to support SMB sales in prospecting for and closing deals. Responsibilities include:
    • Sales-to-CS Handoff Processes: Ensure smooth transitions between the sales and customer success teams by managing handoff workflows and ensuring that all necessary data and documentation are up to date.
    • Data Hygiene and Auditing: Conduct regular audits and clean-ups to ensure data accuracy and usability in the CRM, particularly for opportunities, customer records, and deal stages.
    • Ticket Management: Handle inbound operational support requests (tickets), resolving CRM-related issues, troubleshooting, reporting, and optimizing workflows. Aim to resolve tickets within the established 24-hour SLA to support deal closure and customer experience.
  • Sales Operations Projects: Support sales operations by contributing to projects focused on improving sales processes and automation. Specific responsibilities include:
    • List management and segmentation for marketing and sales outreach.
    • Automating repetitive tasks within HubSpot to streamline the sales process.
    • Assisting with the development and maintenance of sales reports and dashboards.
  • Customer Success Operations Projects: Collaborate with the customer success team on projects aimed at improving efficiency, automation, and reporting within the customer lifecycle. This includes:
    • Assisting with the implementation of tools and processes that enhance customer onboarding and retention.
    • Automating repetitive CS tasks to improve response times and customer satisfaction.
    • Creating and maintaining customer success reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Documentation and Process Optimization: Maintain and improve documentation for all revenue-related processes across sales and customer success teams. This includes:
    • Creating clear, accessible documentation for revenue focused teams (sales, CS, marketing), automation rules, and operational procedures.
    • Identifying opportunities for process optimization and contributing to the development of more efficient workflows.
    • Assisting in training team members on CRM processes and best practices.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 1-2 years of experience in revenue operations, CRM management, or sales/customer success operations, with a strong focus on HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with CRM automation, data management, and process automation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with sales or customer success handoff processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for problem-solving and operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and ability to manage cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in a SaaS or tech environment is a strong plus.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Benefit and Compensation Offerings
  • Ongoing Training and Development Opportunities
  • Unaccrued, Flexible PTO
  • Remote Work
