Revenue Operations Analyst

Reporting directly into our Senior Manager of Revenue Operations, our Revenue Operations Analyst is responsible for transforming data into contextual, actionable intelligence that will support Pie in achieving its revenue and profit goals. They will be accountable for building and delivering recurring reporting and tracking to annual targets, all while under minimal supervision. The Sales Analyst will proactively monitor, identify, and analyze root causes of business trends. In this role, you will be a vital partner and thought leader to our Business Development team where you will summarize and simply communicate analytical findings to drive smart growth. Pie is an incredibly collaborative team with constant communication and you will work with various stakeholders and team members.

Unless otherwise specified, this role has the option to be hybrid or remote. How You'll Do It
- Insights and Analysis
- Ability to run full analysis, review data points, illustrate reporting with presentations, charts, graphs and illustration data points
- Ability to drive insights and translate to business value.
- Build, maintain & enhance dashboards to provide the business with self-service, actionable insights
- Define and drive processes for maintaining data quality metrics
- Influence, advise, and govern the execution and tracking to the annual sales plan, using data to drive decisions that improve strategy and success
- Evaluate internal and external commission plans and processes to help initiate changes to increase efficiency
- Technical Expertise
- Deep knowledge in Salesforce and overall CRM Applications
- Report and dashboard development in BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, and PowerBI
- Expert Microsoft Excel skills (ex. nested statements, pivots, V-lookups, template creation, ease of refresh, etc)
- Understanding and knowledge of read-only SQL query building
- Stakeholder Management and Communication
- Act as a trusted business partner for key stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
- Ability to multi-task and strong organization skills
- Ability to take a report or dashboard and develop a program, or recurring rhythm to create constant focus to the metrics and trending that matter (Example: Territory and Pipeline Reviews)
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the organization and act as a trusted advisor
- Ability to influence strategic thought through data driven insights.
The Right Stuff
- A High School Diploma or GED is required. College coursework, Bachelor's Degree, or a Graduate's Degree in Business, Mathematics, Engineering, Sciences or related field is preferred
- 5+ years of related professional experience working within Analytics (ex: finance, sales, etc) is required
- 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce is required
- Exceptional analytical skills and natural curiosity for how data impacts our sales and business development efforts.
- Advanced data presentation skills, including building out reports and dashboards
- Prefers to base decisions on data and ROI
- Comfortable with ambiguity and can navigate complexity; able to direct work and provide analysis even when limited information or inputs are available
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Consistent experience juggling multiple deliverables simultaneously
- The ability to work well under pressure and problem solve
- Self-driven work style and consistent exercise of independent judgment in matters of significance
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technology
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills while maintaining a strong attention to detail
