At the heart of Bluevine, the Revenue Analytics Team plays a pivotal role in fueling our company's growth and success. Our primary mission is to craft quotas, and incentives that not only motivate our Revenue-focused teams but also ensure their activities are in perfect harmony with our company's strategic vision. ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you’ll be instrumental in leveraging analytics to propel both immediate and long-range revenue-focused initiatives. Collaborating closely with our revenue-focused teams, you'll help in identifying key areas for optimization and growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Build sales productivity and performance analytics using Salesforce and Tableau
- Take ownership and continuously improve standard sales performance reporting across our business lines.
- Design and conduct analyses by utilizing your proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Tableau to generate and communicate critical insights on revenue performance, driving actionable strategies for improvement
- Utilize your analytical findings to formulate recommendations and build analysis aimed at boosting revenue performance
- Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales teams, identifying key areas of opportunity and improvement
- Design sales forecasting models to project new and repeat business for our diverse lines of business.
- Construct and maintain statistical models for sales quotas, tracking team achievements through multiple data sources.
- Analyze operations metrics to pinpoint and act on optimization opportunities.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- 2+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably within Consulting, Finance, or Tech
- 2+ years experience with Quota and Forecasting modelingÂ
- Excel, SQL proficiency, and Tableau experienceÂ
- Salesforce Sales Cloud experienceÂ
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and deliver both small and large-scale projects
- A collaborator who can partner with senior executives and team members effectively
- Experience designing and executing analysis on large data sets
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to gather critical information, address complex challenges, effectively coordinate resources, deliver impactful results, and collaborate across diverse teams
- Effective communication skills with the proficiency to create clear, inclusive, and engaging narratives for diverse audiences, utilizing emails, presentations, and dashboards.
- Comfortable handling multiple high-priority projects at the same time, including situations with tight deadlines and limited data
- A motivated individual excited by the opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and a commitment to personal learning and professional development
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in a business or quantitative field
New Hire Base Salary Range: $74,300.00 - $89,200.00. This role is also eligible to earn annual performance-based incentive compensation in the form of a cash bonus.
