The Opportunity

Brightflag is growing. We are a team of 150+ technologists, lawyers, creators and some of the brightest commercial minds in SaaS, working from the US, Europe and Australia. Together we are transforming how in-house legal teams work.

This Revenue Operations Associate role reports to the Director, Revenue Operations and is the second revenue operations hire! You will be a key contributor to achieving Brightflag’s aggressive growth goals, focusing on top-of-funnel efforts and becoming an expert in Brightflag’s marketing operations. The Revenue Operations Associate can expect to spend about 50% of their time on recurring activities (e.g. data integrity, reporting, maintenance) and 50% of their time on larger projects (e.g. selecting and implementing new systems, territory planning). You will have an opportunity to take on additional projects and assist the Director of Revenue Operations in supporting the full go-to-market team.


What You Will Be Doing
  • Enabling sales/SDR management to effectively “see around corners” by leveraging key technology (call coaching, outbound engagement tool) 
  • Creating process documents, video walkthroughs, and lessons; manage central repository for all rev ops-related enablement/content
  • Ensuring leads are being scored correctly and routed to the right person at the right time
  • Creating reports/completing analysis to enable team managers to measure performance; e.g. flag outcomes 
  • Enable scaled prospecting by providing SDRs and AEs target lists to focus on
  • Update reporting for management and provide insights into trends; highlight ways we can be doing things better, areas of threat, and opportunity
  • Provide sales and SDR management visibility into their teams’ performance and outputs
  • Reduce friction using processes and systems to help managers improve their team’s process and approach to work
  • Helping teams manage work and projects by using project management framework and tool
  • Completing trainings on systems and processes
  • Getting new hires up to speed on revenue operations
