You will play a central role in identifying bottlenecks, improving workflows, and supporting scalable growth across global markets. Accountabilities:
- Support go-to-market execution by driving sales operational initiatives, deal support processes, and fiscal planning activities.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks across the sales and customer lifecycle to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
- Lead end-to-end execution of complex operational projects, ensuring smooth progression of non-standard or high-impact deals.
- Partner with sales, systems, enablement, and data teams to translate insights into actionable reporting and performance improvements.
- Design, optimize, and maintain CRM workflows to support scalable and efficient revenue processes.
- Contribute to change management initiatives that enhance sales execution and operational consistency.
- Support strategic planning activities, including forecasting, revenue tracking, and performance analysis.
- Maintain strong alignment with global revenue operations frameworks while adapting to regional APAC needs.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar analytical/commercial role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong CRM experience, including designing workflows and improving sales processes (Salesforce experience is highly desirable; CPQ is a plus).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and propose actionable improvements.
- Excellent collaboration skills with experience working across sales, systems, and data teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing business needs while maintaining strategic focus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS revenue models and global go-to-market environments is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
