Job Description

The Revenue Operations Campaign Manager role is a full-time hybrid position based out of New York City. You will be responsible for trafficking and optimizing advertising campaigns across display, tablet, mobile and programmatic inventory. As a self-starter, you should be comfortable managing branding, direct response, or tactical campaigns (both direct and programmatic), working with internal and external stakeholders, and critically, ensuring we exceed our client's expectations for delivering campaigns accurately. Additionally, you should be a champion of data-driven decision making since you'll be responsible for accurate forecasting and assisting in informing our yield strategy.

The position is based out of our Time Square headquarters where we have a small, friendly, and skilled team.

About the Role

In this opportunity as Revenue Operations Campaign Manager, you will:
  • Traffic and maintain campaigns across the Reuters network, ensuring that deal terms are met including delivery rates, start and end date, reporting requirements.
  • Work with internal partners and 3rd party vendors to facilitate implementation of integrated campaign elements including online, mobile web/app and video ads.
  • Deliver against key KPIs including View-ability and Audience targeting
  • Maintain and communicate technical specs to sales team, clients and agencies.
  • Test campaign assets to ensure compliance with Reuters creative specifications.
  • Monitor campaign performance to ensure full delivery while maximizing creative performance.
  • Troubleshoot operational campaign issues.
  • Proactively provide insight and analysis into inventory availability across Reuters properties to assist sales team in achieving a maximum sell through.
  • Manage end of month billing and reconciliation.
  • Keep on top of industry trends in online advertising and ad operations.
  • Be a point of contact for AMERS programmatic trading support.

  • Become a subject matter expert on targeting, optimizing, and developing campaign insights.


About You

  • Basic knowledge and experience of direct and programmatic advertising
  • Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Superb communication, both oral and written
  • Outstanding attention to detail, time management and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Interested in advertising and the future of news


Desired Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate for this role will be an individual with some experience working in Ad Operations (preferably from an Online Publisher) who is looking to gain and develop commercial/technical experience at one of the world's premium news publishers.

Preferable:
  • Experience working with GAM & Operative One
  • Knowledge on view-ability and fraud using IAS, Moat & DoubleVerify HTML/Javascript and troubleshooting skills a bonus.
