Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated remote Data Analyst to join our growing Revenue Operations team. You will be reporting to the Revenue Analytics Manager. As the Data Analyst, you will work with multiple company partners, partner on different projects and help to achieve success in the Data Analytics team.
The Data Analyst will take ownership of our Power BI datasets, maintaining our weekly and quarterly automated reports, working on ad-hoc requests and building new Power BI reports for our executive leaders. You will monitor and aim to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and consistency of our reporting efforts. You will contribute to the success of driving quality reporting within the RevOps Analytics team.
You will:
- Improve current Power BI datasets. This includes adding or fixing fields and measures, maintaining current refresh schedules, and making sure our datasets will not break when changes occur in the source data. (Salesforce and Snowflakes)
- Maintain current Power BI report cadences (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and supporting new add-ons or change requests
- Provide reports and insights into many aspects of the business to our senior leaders (Sales, Marketing, HR, Commission, Partners). Answering ad-hoc requests.
- Support current data infrastructures and establish governances around them. Documenting processes related to Business Intelligence and reporting analytics.
- Influence clean reporting and accountability for our reports.
- Keep our leadership ahead of business issues, specific to forecast and quarterly results, and addressing issues versus being reactive.
- Ensure the highest levels of data quality and adherence to data standards and partnering with data teams to fix issues at the source. Being liaison between our technical teams and business leaders.
- Suggest operational improvements to processes and implement with systems and enablement teams.
You have:
- 2+ years' experience in a Sales Operations, Data Analytics, or Finance role
- Solid knowledge of Power BI (managing datasets, data normalization, modeling relationships, data visualization, DAX)
- Fundamental knowledge of SQL (querying data, UNION, JOIN,Alias)
- Experience with SQL Database Management platform. (Snowflake).
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and objects.
- Experience simplifying complex analysis and communicating results
- Understanding of SaaS business models and operations.

- Base salary range : $68,000 - $85,000 USD annually
