Become a Revenue Operations Intern for Bloomreach! Help us accelerate revenue and continue to rapidly scale. The work you do will impact many internal departments, supporting our solutions within the e-commerce space.Â
Bloomreach is looking for a Revenue Operations Intern that can help us accelerate revenue and continue to rapidly scale. Your salary starting at 7âŹ/hour.
Your areas of impact:
- Manage users of key revenue systems, including onboarding/training/permissions, support tickets, public groups, etc.
- Continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform and app ecosystem (e.g., Gong, Clairi, Docusign)
- Make Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
- Enforce data hygiene and compliance through exception reporting
- Ensure revenue process adoption and compliance whilst by understanding the change, affected stakeholders and processes, extract and monitor data that can provide us with answers.
- Support training and enablement for key process and system changes, including the creation of documents / training materials and establishing key performance indicators. You will be working with members across the Revenue department.
- Support business reporting and analysis
- Assist in administrative tasksÂ
About you:
- Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills across all job levels and functions, treating business stakeholders as real clients
- Proactive, with a bias for action and thirst for knowledge
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Diploma/degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field
- Technical stack experience desired (ideal, but not mandatory Salesforce, DocuSign, CPQ systems, Tableau/PowerBI).Â
