About The Role:
Our RevOps team is behind designing, configuring, and building the systems and processes that fuel our go-to-market (GTM) and growth functions.
Our Revenue Operations Manager will be a pivotal role that drives the success of our GTM teams. They depend on you to unleash their potential as they venture into uncharted territories, engaging new customers and seizing revenue opportunities left and right.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record building out the Revenue Operations function from the early stages. You'll be the guiding light in building, maintaining, and enhancing our GTM tech stack, policies, reporting, data, and fueling our journey to unprecedented heights.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Maintain, manage and administer our tech stack, encompassing sales and operations hubs including: (i.e. sales navigator, outreach, gong, and SFDC)
Ensure our tech set up is flawlessly optimized, providing unwavering support to all teams utilizing our sales and support tools. Help identify opportunities for exciting additions or enhancements that will supercharge our operations.
Own administration of Sales Policies, Compensation, Territories, Lead distribution,
Devise and execute revenue operations strategies that set our revenue growth on a rocket-like trajectory. Work in harmony with cross-functional teams like sales, marketing, finance, and customer success to align strategies and streamline processes.
Wield analytics and reporting tools to track essential performance metrics, spotting trends, and offering stakeholders with actionable insights. Every decision is rooted in data, and you'll conduct regular analyses to identify areas for improvement and craft data-driven strategies that lead us to victory.
Foster a vibrant and enthusiastic culture of collaboration, unite revenue operations and cross-functional teams.
Your Qualities:
7+ Years of experience in a revenue, operations or sales role, within the SaaS industry
Experience working as an administrator within a CRM
Familiar with a GTM tech stack which may include: SFDC, Gong, Outreach, Navigator
Experience running software evaluations and implementing solutions across GTM teams
Understanding of customer lifestyle and the impact of tools and systems across each stage
Ability to process gaps and propose solutions
Track record of monitoring, analyzing, and implementing reporting tools and process design
Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
