Who You Are:
The Operations team @ X partners with teams across the company to drive revenue, craft and execute business
strategies, solve problems, and create customer value.
The Revenue Operations and Business Development Lead will serve as a key member of the Revenue and
Business Operations team to help drive business plans, negotiate and manage enterprise level strategic
partnerships, define processes, analyze trends & KPIs among other special projects to enhance productivity
across the globe.
The ideal candidate is an operations & strategy professional with a strong vision of what success looks like, and
ability to identify & drive revenue opportunities internally and externally, a strong inclination to building
sustainable senior-level stakeholder relationships with a bias to yes/action and motivate/inspire the team towards
building world-class strategy and operational processes.
What You’ll Do
● Analyze data, build financial models, looks for trends, and clearly articulate your findings
● Assist with the management and strategy development for new and exciting monetization opportunities
● Lead negotiations and establish favorable enterprise deal structures that create revenue growth and
product adoption with programmatic advertising platforms, Smart TV manufacturers, advertisers etc
● Develop strategic insights, using both X business data and competitive landscape analysis to help
formulate go to market plans
● Represent sales and the exec team as key liaison in coordinating with other internal planning functions

(e.g. Finance, HR, Product, etc.)
● Develop content and drive communication across the company, communicating regular updates, key
results, and consolidating strategic plans for review with the X executive team
● Build cross-functional relationships with stakeholders from non-sales organizations like Product,
Marketing, Finance, Communications, etc. to maintain a strong project management and deliver results
● Work closely with senior executives and collaborative across teams and organizations
● Think strategically and solve multi-faceted problems for teams using frameworks and data
● Provide operational thought partnership of sales leadership
● Lead complex cross-functional initiatives, and help teams make strategic decisions
● Negotiate vendor contracts and work cross functionally with members of the broader org to find
solutions that best satisfy our business needs
● Lead short-term deep dives and cross-functional project teams to structure and perform analyses
needed to develop recommendations
Qualifications
Basic Requirements
● Minimum 8+ years experience in: developing new digital revenue streams, business development,
building out and optimizing digital operations, revenue, product and marketing ecosystem, some of
those in leadership capacity and familiarity with popular digital advertising platforms
● Experience working with sales operations function with similar needs and job function
● Confident in conversations primarily with sales, marketing, product, and operations.
● Structured problem solver and strategic thinker who is comfortable using frameworks and data to help
structure the team's thinking and solve multi-faceted problems, with a bend towards fast execution &
iteration
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Extensive experience in managing enterprise wide negotiations
● Experience writing executive-level communications or proposals and presenting to executive or
cross-functional audiences
● Experience working directly with the Executive/VP level
● Experience using internal or external data to inform strategy and decision-making
● Proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple concurrent projects to success.
● Proven ability to drive organizational change effectively. Experience with fast growing, scaling
organizations, leading transitions and bringing teams along the journey.
● Prior start up and management consulting experience a big plus
● Bonus: MBA or equivalent with specialization in marketing, finance, mathematics, business or related
field of study.
