The Revenue Operations team is a centralized, data-powered lean team that enables our colleagues and customers to succeed across the entire lifecycle of engagement with Mainstay. We support the Go-To-Market strategy by being the essential glue between our customer-facing teams. We manage data quality, produce actionable reporting and analysis, and maintain and implement critical Revenue Technology. The Revenue Operations team is the detail-oriented backstop for our contracting, renewal and sales forecasting motions. The ideal candidate for this role will have a depth of experience in contracting, maybe even a law degree, with an interest and enthusiasm for the holistic aspects of a revenue operations role.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage, improve and monitor the contracting process to support replicable, standardized selling by our Sales and Customer Success teams.
    • Serve as an expert on the Company’s product offerings and licensing models, deal structures pricing and packaging, standard terms and conditions, and Quote To Contract (QTC) systems and processes. 
    • Create and manage the day-to-day operations of a Deal Desk with a focus on optimizing revenue, profitability, deal quality, and reducing quoting cycle times
    • Hands-on partnering with Sales & Customer Success on proposal building, pricing, and quote generation, including creating and maintaining process documentation and team training. 
    • Serve as point of contact liaison between our Sales and Legal teams to identify and drive contract redlines and approvals on non-standard contract terms and conditions.
  • Partner with Finance Team to own the commission calculation and approval process for Sales and Customer Success.
  • Serve as the administrator for PandaDocs and Hubspot CRM including owning enablement, access and process management with relevant functional teams.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and cleanliness of HubSpot CRM and all other system data.
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc reporting for revenue team leaders including via Excel and Hubspot.
  • Partner with the Senior Director of Revenue Operations to build and execute a strategy of continuous process improvement.
  • Support the Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams with all GTM operational needs.

What You’ve Done

  • Managed or supported a B2B contracting process, with special familiarity around common points of negotiation. Having a JD is a major plus.
  • Developed exceptional proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheet for reporting and analysis.
  • Created professional process documentation and enablement materials.
  • Managed data integrity and integrations, preferably in an enterprise CRM solution like Hubspot.
  • Working knowledge of CRM and CPQ systems preferred
  • Relevant SaaS experience preferred, but not required

We expect the salary range for this role to be $105,000-$110,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years & depth of experience, and some role dependent factors that can include certifications and software expertise.
