Revenue Operations Manager

- Oversee staff members and ensure the accurate and timely invoicing of customers.
- Develop, monitor and report on key billing and collection metrics to Accounting leadership.
- Create and implement a strategy with key business partners to improve the collection of outstanding invoices.
- Develop and implement collection policies and procedures to effectively manage invoicing, payment and non-collection.Â
- Develop and implement the Company’s policy on doubtful accounts.
- Training and mentoring of staff members in the billing and collections team.
- Identify process improvements and assist in automation efforts to drive efficiency initiatives within the quote to cash business cycle as necessary.Â
- Oversee month-end close through timely completion of assigned journal entries and account reconciliations within the billing and collections team.Â
- 7+ years of Billing & Collections experience, including at least 2 years of managerial experience
- Experience with a high-growth SaaS company.
- You will demonstrate advanced Excel and system skills.Â
- You are meticulous and well-organized. You strive for precision and thrive in an environment of changing processes, working with multiple data sources, and driving multiple tasks to completion. This role is all about the details paired with thoughtful execution.

- Required experience: NetsuiteÂ
- Preferred experience: Salesforce, Stripe, Avalara, Looker, AWS and GCP marketplaces, SaaS industry, SOX.
