What you’ll do:

Gather, consolidate, and analyze data from Salesforce.com and other applications in our tech stack to help leaders from Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success develop a shared and continuously up-to-date understanding of our progress toward strategic goals.

Create dashboards and enhance existing ones to improve user experience, increase adoption, and provide reliable insights into the state of Marketing, Sales and Client Operations

Act as an advisor to cross-functional leaders by analyzing key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and designing initiatives to optimize outcomes and refine strategies, tactics, and resource allocation.

Provide analyses to support the development of our strategy, helping with implementation where needed.

Own the execution of key cross-functional initiatives: design solutions, manage timelines, partner on key decisions, issues and implementation, and documentation

Evaluate the efficacy of existing operational processes and tools, and support the rollout of new processes and tools by creating Standard Operating Procedures to establish a shared understanding across teams. Measure and report on the results of efforts to the leadership team.

Provide training as needed to support end users through business process or system changes

Create and maintain our internal library for Standard Operating Procedures, including the Revenue Operations wiki.

Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll have:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in revenue operations, with a focus on designing and building processes.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth through process optimization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Gainsight, Looker, and other sales and marketing technology platforms.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
