Join our team as a Revenue Operations Manager, where you'll be pivotal in refining systems and procedures that directly influence our company's revenue streams and cash flow. The Revenue Operations manager reports to the Director of Operations. Day to day responsibilities include…


Job Duties:

  • Lead a team of Revenue Operations Specialists that performs daily audits, reporting, and projects related to order processing.
  • Work with engineering and product teams to ensure monthly usage calculation matches end-of-month invoicing.
  • Generate regular reporting on discounts to the sales and executive team. Partner with sales and CS to develop discounting strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales and client success directors to perform calculations of quarterly commissions.
  • Support the sales and client success team using Salesforce with process improvement, measurement, tracking, and analytics relevant to their functional areas.
  • Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes.
  • Partner with Sales to create monthly content for executive presentations and board reporting.
  • Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment.
  • Ensure sanity of Salesforce database entry by sales and client success. Manage projects such as lead duplication and performing RCA to build SOPs to prevent future data duplication.
  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management.
  • Assist with Sales Operations functions such as customer segmentation, territory management, and system enhancements to improve productivity.
  • Collaborate with sales, client success, and revenue operations specialists to maintain procurement and contract records for all accounts.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales operations as a Salesforce subject matter expert with proficiency creating reports, optimizing processes, training new hires, and managing dashboards
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, technical or business-related field preferred.
  • Demonstrates a strong knowledge of systems, processes and technology. 
  • MBA or similar business-related advanced degree is a plus.
  • Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact.
  • Advanced Excel skills with a strong understanding of Salesforce, other CRM applications and email marketing strategies.
