Revenue Operations Manager
Job Description
- Diving deep into our current goals, commissions, and incentives to find and fix misalignments.
- Refreshing quotas, compensation plans, and key metrics, ensuring they're in tune with our big-picture goals and crystal clear to everyone.
- Optimizing attribution processes to enhance team synergy and accelerate revenue growth.
- Leading growth reporting and monthly analysis by providing data, identifying trends, and making proactive recommendations to ensure our reports maintain transparency and hold the team accountable.
- Conducting detailed data analyses, including how each channel contributes to our success, to inform strategic decisions.
- Perfecting our forecasting methods to achieve highly accurate future predictions.
- Integrating our sales tools into a cohesive system that improves efficiency for our team and enhances the customer experience.
- Connecting Hubspot with our API to simplify operations for various teams.
- Has a proven track record of success in a similar Revenue Operations role, demonstrating a history of improving processes, aligning team goals, and driving significant revenue growth.
- Is an expert with Hubspot and proficient in Tableau (and other analytics tools).
- Understands the importance of aligning business objectives with operational activities, with a knack for using data-driven insights to make impactful recommendations.
- Is familiar with working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing startup environment.
- Has strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct comprehensive analyses.
- Has excellent communication skills and experience managing cross-functional team communications and ensuring clarity and transparency in all reporting and forecasting activities.
- Want to help build a global social safety net on the Internet.
