Revenue Operations Manager

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to lead our revenue operations and support our sales teams to drive growth. This role will be responsible for managing the overall revenue operations function and will work closely with the sales, finance, and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce DC, Clari, and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall revenue operations function, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance analysis.
• Work closely with sales, finance, and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and improve sales efficiency.
• Ensure accurate and timely sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, sales performance analysis, and other ad hoc requests. 
• Own pipeline/sales-specific reports that are integrated into the monthly Board of Directors package.
• Develop and maintain sales analytics and reporting dashboards using Salesforce DC, Clari, and Excel.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance, pipeline trends, and revenue projections.
• Identify areas for process improvement and work with sales leadership to implement changes.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and sales goals.
• Develop and implement training programs for the sales team on Salesforce DC, Clari, and Excel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations or finance roles
• Extensive experience with Salesforce DC, Clari, and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort in working with c-suite and senior management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  Salary:

  The annual starting salary for this position is between 90k-100k depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
