Revenue Operations Manager

About the role

Nansen’s Revenue Operations Team spans across Marketing and Sales. As Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for building Nansen’s Marketing Tech Stack, processes, and working with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a revenue operations role and a passion for driving results through data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of revenue operations technology stack 
• Lead the design and implementation of processes, including lead generation, lead qualification, lead nurturing, and pipeline management
• Develop and execute the B2B marketing plan, including campaigns, events, webinars, and content marketing
• Managing and updating the marketing automation platform and CRM system
• Conduct regular analysis and report on marketing and sales data to improve campaign performance and drive business growth
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product teams, to develop and implement effective account-based marketing strategies
• Create training documentation on marketing software tools and conduct training for marketing team

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in a revenue operations role, with a focus on B2B marketing
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, such as Marketo, Eloqua or Pardot.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing revenue operations processes
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the Web3 or Blockchain industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
