Revenue Operations Manager (Bellevue, Hybrid)

Our Revenue Operations function has tremendous opportunities to delight our internal customers - our frontline teams that work directly with our customers and shoppers. We are looking for a key utility player with a robust revenue operations skillset to help bring us to the next level of operational excellence and help us make efficiency gains.
OfferUp is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to own our sales performance reporting, sales compensation and incentive strategies and drive territories and pipeline hygiene. The ideal candidate will also own billing operations in partnership with Accounting and other partner teams.

This individual must have the ability to communicate effectively across multiple technical and non-technical teams, as well as across other geographies. This is a hands-on position - the ideal candidate must be willing to roll up their sleeves and get things done.

- Refine and standardize our revenue organization reporting, including business reviews, standard KPIs, and moreÂ
- Improve the handoff and sales processes across the Sales and Account Management teams to improve operational efficiency and sales productivity
- Streamline and improve our billing systems, own and automate billing processes in partnership with Accounting and Finance
- Own territory modeling and execution for our sales and support teams
- Own our compensation modeling, and administration and help inform strategic decisions around incentives and SPIFF programs
- Own data hierarchy in partnership with our systems team to ensure we are getting all the right inputs to measure the outputs
- Produce scheduled and ad hoc reporting from various internal and SaaS-based systems to the senior management team
- Scope out and manage strategic projects with key subject matter experts to deliver highly requested operational changes and improvements to the Product, Marketing, Sales, and Finance organizations
- Work with enablement to document and roll out process improvements and change management related to rev ops improvements.
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
- 7+ years of proven experience in revenue/sales operations
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce and working knowledge of business intelligence tools
- Experience in forecasting, data analytics, and modeling
- Extensive experience in building territory models incorporating quota plans
- Passion for pioneering innovative, highly effective tools & processes
- An innate desire to help others succeed and gain a tremendous sense of accomplishment when they do as a result of your work
- The ability to utilize data insights to drive decision-making and can give examples of how you have done this in the past.
- Understanding of billing tools, such as Zuora, and curiosity to constantly improve processes
- The ability to take on multiple projects at a time because you are highly organized, prioritize your tasks, and communicate when you need help
- Excellent communication skills, including presenting, editing, and writing, as well as accuracy and attention to detail required
Compensation Range: $140,000-$165,000
OfferUp offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. Individual salaries within our ranges are determined through a variety of factors, including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. All roles will receive equity in OfferUp as part of their compensation, the amount of equity varying depending on the individual’s level and experience.
Benefits (all US roles): In addition to our compensation package, this role is eligible to enroll in health insurance, healthcare savings, and spending accounts, retirement savings benefits (401(k) plan with match), basic and voluntary life insurance, disability benefits, and paid time off for sick leave, family and/or medical leave, vacation, and 12 company holidays. In regard to vacation time, OfferUp has a flexible vacation policy, and, in general, full-time, exempt employees will be expected to take 3-5 weeks (15-30 days) of pre-planned vacation time per year. Vacation needs are flexible and will naturally vary from year to year based on individual circumstances and business needs. In regard to sick time, all full-time employees (exempt and non-exempt) will be granted 12 days (96 hours) of sick time per year (pro-rated if the start date is other than January 1).
