The Calling:
The Revenue Operations Manager will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and work closely with the sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure operational excellence within our go-to-market process.
What You Will Achieve:
- Assist in management of all Revenue Operations functions: Infrastructure, Enablement, and Analytics
- Analyze Marketing, Sales and Customer Success data for accuracy and trends
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success
- Help with day-to-day revenue operations tasks
- Bring a data driven perspective to our coverage model, quota and headcount planning and resource allocation decisions
- Partner closely with GTM leaders to track and forecast key SaaS business metrics using a combination of Salesforce.com reporting and ad hoc analysis in Google Sheets
- Optimize the GTM technology stack of Hubspot, Gong , Zapier, among others
- Influence across functions by building and presenting crisp GTM and analytics-based presentations
- Maintain the hygiene of the CRM from contact creation to contract development, including but not limited to: clean contacts database, clean workflows, contacts, companies and deals lists

- Excel Ninja: You're fluent in Excel - SUMIF, COUNTIF, INDEX/MATCH, VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, etc.
- Strategic Business Partner: You have exceptionally strong communication skills
- Deep knowledge of Hubspot is a must.
- 2+ years work experience, preferably in Consulting, Finance, or Tech.

- The range of our base salary cash compensation is between $70,000 - $90,000. Final offers are determined using multiple factors including experience, level of expertise, and geographic location.
