THE CHALLENGE
The Revenue Operations Manager will work with multiple teams across the organization. In collaboration with the RevTeam (Sales Development, Product Sales, Channel Sales, and Customer Success), Marketing, Product, and IT to develop and optimize systems to prospect, forecast, close, and support customers more efficiently. We utilize shared platforms (SFDC, Pardot, Salesloft, Gong, 6Sense, etc) and data to ensure customers have a seamless experience buying from and working with Digimarc. This role focuses on operational excellence across the revenue org by utilizing data and feedback to design, develop, and deliver robust and scalable reporting & processes to promote visibility & accountability.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Provide comprehensive sales operational support, including but not limited to territory management, deal desk support, account and opportunity management, forecasting and Salesforce rules of engagement & best practices enforcement
- Create and implement reporting and dashboards for the sales organization that focuses on improving efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity; translate business questions into actionable & insightful analyses that make it easy for the business stakeholders to understand how to action
- Serve as first-tier sales support and document and create knowledge repository to scale user education and troubleshooting; keep all support resources and documentation up-to-date
- Work closely with Salesforce Admin to ensure Salesforce CRM is configured and regularly updated to reflect desired processes and outcomes
- Monitor system adoption, process and data compliance and governance, and create mechanisms and escalation triggers for addressing issues of non-compliance promptly
- Manage territory segments/assignments to sales, understand and enforce sales crediting rules
- Manage communication channels for the RevTeam, ensuring information is being communicated to frontline sales reps in a consistent, concise manner
- Create feedback loops between frontline sales and product/marketing teams
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure proper lead management processes, metrics, and policies
- Manage all sales tech tools subscriptions and integrations
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales or revenue operations, ideally in a fast-paced high growth SaaS business
- Deep experience implementing and working with CRM and prospecting tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Cognism
- Strong reporting, query and analytical skills with a focus on Salesforce report/dashboard design automation as well as Microsoft Excel modeling
- Proven experience acting as a liaison between a variety of departments and stakeholders; cross-functionally build trust with other departments and create relationships across the organization
- Ability to track metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze them, and turn them into actionable strategies
- Strong operational, attention to detail, problem-solving, planning, time management, and project management foundation with a sense of urgency to achieve outcomes and exceed expectations
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $120,000-140,000. This compensation range considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill set, experience, training, licensure, certifications, geography and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
