We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead our Revenue Operations transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive revenue operations strategies, aligning sales, marketing, and finance functions.
  • Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management for Revenue Operations initiatives, including scoping, planning, milestone setting, and progress tracking.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for streamlining revenue-related processes and workflows, ensuring seamless operations across departments.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to inform revenue strategies, analyze performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Technology Integration: Oversee the implementation and integration of revenue-related technologies (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, billing systems) to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, finance, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and transparent communication throughout revenue initiatives.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of revenue operations strategies and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with revenue operations projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., Revenue Operations, Project Management) are a plus.
  • Proven experience in project management (10+ years), with at least 5 years specifically focusing on SaaS Revenue Operations initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of revenue processes, sales cycles, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data to make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and financial software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

We offer you a competitive total rewards package, learning and tremendous opportunities to grow and advance in your career. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Saviynt, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $125,000 - $140,000 annually.

You may also be eligible to participate in a Saviynt discretionary bonus plan, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
