Join Lumiform as a RevOps Manager and build the engine that fills the sales pipeline by mapping the total addressable market, finding the right contacts, and running signal-based outbound campaigns that get demos on the calendar.
Requirements
- Build and maintain the TAM in Clay
- Automatically identify and enrich contact persons per account and push qualified leads into HubSpot
- Set up signal-based triggers to prioritize outreach timing
- Build and run outbound campaigns end-to-end
- Keep CRM hygiene as a continuous responsibility
- Do manual research when needed
