Job Description

We're looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented person — someone with a high degree of autonomy and a broad understanding of business and finance. The individual will create and manage relationships with various internal stakeholders. Process layout and optimization people? This is where you belong!

Responsibilities:

• Support the revenue process through analysis and reporting of forecasts, actuals, and plans;
• Review and analyze operational and renewal data. Provide insightful variance analysis and recommendations to enable effective decision-making;
• Leverage transactional and other data to identify underlying trends within the business and provide guidance to business leaders;
• Participate in regional process improvement initiatives;
• Demonstrate thought leadership around marketing, sales, and CS data processes and operations;
• Liaise with various internal stakeholders and partners across the organization;
• Perform ad-hoc analysis as required;

Qualifications

• Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking);
• Experience with Sales/Customer Success/Marketing Ops;
• Knowledge of analytics tools and technologies;
• Experience working in agile environments.

Ideally, you also:

• Have experience in tech companies/startups;
• Possess strong SQL skills;
• Reside in sunny Rio de Janeiro.
