The Manager, Revenue Operations is responsible for supporting TCP’s sales reps as a manager of the Revenue Operations team. This position will be essential to the sales activities and communications between TCP’s prospects, current customers, and channel partners. In this role, you will oversee collaboration with the sales representative's sales leadership to deliver administrative support that optimizes the team’s performance. Â

As a Manager, Revenue Operations, you will: Â
- Lead a team of Revenue Operations CoordinatorsÂ
- Partner with sales organization in generating, documenting, and releasing software (licenses and keys).Â
- Receive, validate, and respond to customer portal requestsÂ
- Review newly acquired customer entries, investigate contact information, and conduct new customer outreach activitiesÂ
- Manage the Welcome Kit process, order supplies, kit and ship on a timely basisÂ
- Schedule partner and customer onboarding activitiesÂ
- Support sales operations team with updating appropriate sales documentationÂ
- Drive RFP documentation finalization and repository managementÂ
- Assist in CRM/SFDC reportingÂ
- Support other sales efforts as assignedÂ
- Other core expectations as defined and requested by your direct supervisor/manager and sales leadershipÂ

You are a strong fit for this role if you have: Â
- Experience leading a team in Rev Ops or Sales Ops. Â
- Financial Analyst experienceÂ
- SFDC architecture knowledge/licensing
- Ability to respond and react to internal and external customersÂ
- Clearly communicate & set expectationsÂ
- Ability to balance simultaneous projects, evaluate workload and prioritize tasks based on criticalityÂ
- Demonstrates highest level of detail orientation and organizational skillsÂ
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency to attain and exceed desired resultsÂ
- Operates in a cooperative and collaborative spirit to achieve shared goals across multiple functionsÂ
- Displays excellent troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills, know when to quickly act.Â
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related functionÂ
- Minimum of 5 years of business experienceÂ
- Technology or software experience preferredÂ
- Preferred experience with sales teams, sales partners or b2b customersÂ
 
 Other Requirements:Â
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Â
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.Â
- Travel up to 25%.Â
