Transifex, internationally recognized by today's tech leaders as a leading agile translation management solution, is looking for a passionate Revenue Operations Systems Manager to join our team. As a Revenue Operations Systems Manager, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, implementing, and optimizing a top-tier sales and marketing technology stack that directly contributes to Transifex's pipeline and sales growth. We are searching for an individual who possesses a strategic mindset with an understanding of CRM, marketing technologies, and other sales enablement technologies.

This role will serve as a trusted expert with in-depth knowledge of Revenue Systems which include Salesforce, HubSpot, other systems, and payment processing platforms, like Chargebee. You'll support existing applications and lead integration of new ones to meet evolving needs.

Requirements

Essential Functions:

  • Manage, and securely protect Salesforce, HubSpot and related systems, including testing & deploying releases, implementing functionalities, profiles and security settings, developing and validating reports, and managing user accounts.
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, Product and other business teams within Transifex to identify business requirements and improve marketing and business processes through documenting and implementing new workflows.
  • Analyze data from revenue operations systems to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing sales and marketing strategies. Design and implement scalable and efficient revenue operations systems architecture.
  • Ensure that our sales and marketing data is accurate and reliable, and develop processes to monitor and maintain data quality.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key revenue metrics, performance indicators, and operational insights. Design data visualizations and provide actionable insights to support revenue forecasting and decision-making.
  • Develop and implement ad-hoc and automated workflows & communications.
  • Create test cases, perform system testing/QA and coordinate UAT.
  • Actively manage technical system integration and/or migration process, including database transfer, and validation. Integrated systems include Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoominfo, Outreach.io, Chargebee, ChurnZero, 6Sense, Intercom and others.
  • Develop and maintain administrator and user documentation.
  • Function as a primary contact to Revenue Systems issues.

Other Job Functions:

  • Enjoy teaching and coaching the business team on how to best use systems & tools.
  • Maintain and document technical processes, automation procedures and provide seamless hand-off to business users.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute and iterate on strategic initiatives that support pipeline generation.
  • Partner cross-functionally to develop a data governance framework, with an initial focus on developing a data dictionary and documenting lineage.
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

What You Will Need

  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing Operations or relevant technical operations role
  • Salesforce Certified or 3-5 years of Salesforce experience in an operations capacity
  • At least 3 years of full-time experience managing one or more systems: CRM, Email Marketing, or a similar functional role with technical expertise
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills with attention to detail, scalability and efficiency
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM admin, data modeling, sharing and security architecture, integration experience
  • Skilled with SQL, Excel Pivot, and data analysis tools
  • Familiar with web technologies such as REST/XML API, HTML, CSS
