The Opportunity:

The Revenue Optimization Analyst will play a supporting role for our varying business units in providing deep insights to major obstacles in unlocking full revenue potential.The role will help position the team to be a strong strategic business partner who can foresee the needs of the business and help drive business visibility. He/she will also bring a strong analytical toolset, and proven experience working with a wide variety of partners.

You Will:

• Improve shipment profitability through detailed analysis of services across different business units and products
• Identify revenue growth opportunities and cost-saving measures to enhance overall financial performance
• Extract meaningful insights from large datasets and financial information to identify underlying themes, trends, and patterns impacting our overall take rate
• Recommend and drive corrective actions with the cross-functional teams
• Effectively communicate results with team members within Finance and cross functional partners
• Have a deep understanding of the key drivers of the organization and your function
• Identify systemic and non-systemic issues related to shipment financials and propose solutions to address them effectively.

You should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of professional experience 
• Very strong analytical abilities with a high level of proficiency in data manipulation and statistical analysis. SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Very high attention to detail and accuracy and a strong desire to think outside the box and deep dive into the details
• Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
