Job Description
We are looking for a high-performing leader to serve as the Revenue Program Manager. This talented professional will be responsible for the rhythm of business, internal and external communications, follow-through cadences, and leading multiple strategic projects/ initiatives with measurable business outcomes. This role will report directly to the SVP, Global Sales and partner closely with leaders from Inside, Field, International Sales, Channel, and Client Success as well as all other key partners including Marketing, Professional Services, Finance, and HR.
Principle Duties
- Be the principal program advisor across diverse revenue teams & projects to the SVP, Global Sales
- Own execution of short-term & long-term programs and projects, negotiate trade-offs, determine and commit to the right scope and schedule to deliver winning business results to support driving revenue
- Proactively oversee status of current projects and communications
- Hold cross-functional leaders accountable to action items & deadlines that are interdependent to broader GTM initiatives
- Collect and collaborate agenda topics for leadership team meetings and follow up on action items derived from these meetings to support cross-functional execution
- Drive and track all day-to-day project work, making sure that risks are proactively assessed and mitigated, problems are rapidly identified and resolved, leveraging project management tools and techniques to deliver on commitments and in some instances adhere to specific regulatory requirements
- Lead project communications and stage-gate approval reviews, providing clear and concise written and verbal communication to all levels of the project team and stakeholders, and tailoring style to a broad range of audiences and situations
- Maintain rigor & review of key performance indicators and hold the leadership team accountable
- Assist in planning, developing, & establishing policies and goals consistent with organizational objectives
- Maintain high level of integrity & discretion in handling confidential information

- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills to influence and communicate with all levels of management, internal and external
- Excellent organizational & analytical skills with the ability to formulate recommendations
- Ability to prioritize work actions & follow-up with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience with the fast-paced and high expectations of a sales organization; previous sales experience is a plus
- High-energy self-starter that thrives in fast-paced environments
