General Summary:

The Revenue Retention Analyst is a key member of the Partner Success Organization with responsibility for conducting analysis and synthesizing recommendations for numerous departments such as Post Sales, Product, Growth, and other leaders and executives. Among other focus areas, the Revenue Retention Analyst will drive the organization in developing the plan to accelerate logo and revenue retention strategies across ConnectWise, as well as leading special strategic projects defined by the senior leadership team, including drawing insights from large data sets using statistical / machine learning analysis. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-profile, high-impact projects end-to-end, from developing an approach to delivering recommendations and final deliverables 
  • Conduct industry, competitive, retention, and financial analysis and identify insightful implications for ConnectWise 
  • Conduct statistical / cohort analysis on internal data to uncover key business insights to drive retention  
  • Support the finance team and Post-Sales leadership in compiling board reporting and analysis 
  • Collaborate with all Post-Sales functions, GMs, and Executives to offer insights and strategies based on analysis 
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and retention performance, assess implications and develop actionable revenue and logo strategies 
  • Oversee and shape high quality analysis and deliverables that clearly frame objectives, issues, and challenges, and articulate compelling, insightful findings, conclusions and recommendations 
  • Identify best practices in retention reporting and implement them 
  • Provide support to functions and key initiatives including fresh perspectives, analytics and facilitation 
  • Help develop and define business management processes and improvement projects to drive performance 
  • Work closely with Post-Sales Data Team to identify new data sets to incorporate into actionable reporting for executives and other departmental leaders

  • Accomplished in developing and recommending strategic plans and actions 
  • Strong performance management background with demonstrated experience in quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods, e.g. benchmarking 
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis methods and statistical analysis software packages (e.g., R, Python) 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong presentation skills 
  • Strong project management skills 
  • Self-starter; collaborative team player with a hands-on, get-it-done attitude and strong work ethic 
  • Strong problem solving skills and a demonstrated ability to perform complex qualitative and quantitative analysis  
  • Highly collaborative, teamwork oriented working style, with a demonstrated ability to think independently 
  • Ability to quickly build and maintain trust with business leaders  
  • High integrity and willingness to represent the core values of ConnectWise 
  • Must be comfortable with ambiguity and have the ability to work with and collaborate with executive leadership to help shape the priorities and agenda 

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • 2+ years of experience at a top management consulting firm  
  • FP&A or Banking experience desired 
  • 3 – 5 years of experience strongly desired 

Working Conditions:

  • Minimal travel may be required
