What You’ll Do
The Revenue and Royalty Coordinator will work closely with the Revenue and Royalty Administration team and will act as a liaison among various personnel in the organization. The coordinator will also deal directly with our licensee partners in matters of compliance and reporting. In addition, the coordinator will review the current processes and flow of information among the team members, various systems and identify areas for improvement which aims to automate, simplify and automatically generate reports.
What you’ll be working on
· Monitoring licensee compliance and coordination with licensees to ensure timely submission of royalty reports, certificates of insurance and other information required by the license agreements
· Summarize status of licenses compliance (No Fly List) and prepare management reports – track and identify missing reports or required information
· Assist in the analysis of information in the royalty database and compare with existing reports or worksheets and identify gaps and inconsistencies
· Monitor the review process of license agreement information entered in royalty database, follow-up timely review by Finance and Brand personnel and address any issues.
· Monitor newly executed license agreements and update the control sheet
· Prepare and update periodic reports such as No Fly List (compliance report) and other reports required by the Finance Team
· Familiarize with the functionalities of the royalty database and learn how to generate reports
· Assist in the ongoing effort to automate processes and eliminate double handling of information among the Finance Team Members
Must Haves:
· Bachelor’s or Associate degree with a business background
· Ability to read and understand contracts and agreements
· With at least 2 years of experience in administrative or accounting role
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
· Knowledge of Royalty Zone, preferred but not required
· Ability to learn new systems and take the lead in system monitoring
· Must possess the following traits:
- Confident and must possess strong communication skills - ability to coordinate with personnel across the organization
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Detail and deadline oriented
- Ability to prepare reports in an accurate and concise manner
- Organized and possess good time management skills
