ENA by Zayo is seeking a Revenue Senior Coordinator to join their team in Nashville, TN. Our Revenue Senior Coordinator is responsible for communicating with customers and internal team members to perform various finance functions such as customer invoicing, customer collections, cash applications and other projects as assigned.
ENA by Zayo's Nashville office is located at: 618 Grassmere Park Drive,
Nashville, TN 37211 (southeast of downtown)
*We're open to this role working in a hybrid capacity - 1-2 days/week in office after initial onboarding and training.
Responsibilities:
  • Processes customer invoices within stated timeframes and with accuracy.
  • Assists with updating invoicing spreadsheets.
  • Ensures customer payments are posted to internal systems within stated timeframes and with accuracy.
  • Responds in a timely manner to customer invoice questions.
  • Communicates with customers and account managers to determine payment status and reasons for potential overdue payments.
  • Organizes, files, reviews, and tracks customer paperwork and correspondence
  • Researches past invoice payments and/or invoice discrepancies and brings to resolution.
  • Performs routine accounting reconciliations of customer invoicing.
  • Participate in systems release requirements development & testing (UAT) impacting above responsibilities.
  • Support annual audit initiatives by providing required documentation.
  • Performs other projects as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Accounting or Finance fields.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, preferred.
  • Experience with MS Office, with a proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Experience with NetSuite, preferred.
  • Must be detail-oriented and motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to work well in a team setting and possess excellent customer service and communication skills.

Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, or technical procedures. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Base pay range: $19.50 - $26.50/hr, commensurate with experience
