Job Description:Responsibilities include approving and denying transactions. Responsible for identifying, analyzing and organizing the correction of interface and systematic errors to optimize the systems operations and collaborates with management to ensure appropriate workflow process and improvement. May prepare reporting and analyze information. Performs department tasks and assignments as request by leadership and may serve as department representative in projects.
Position requires strong communication skills for direct patient interactions as well as interactions with healthcare teams. Job tasks include pharmacy claim reconciliation, responding to payor related audits, patient pharmacy accounts receivables and a strong understanding of ambulatory pharmacy billing practices.
