The role

Busbud is looking for a highly motivated Revenue Supervisor- B2C for the overall Busbud Group to join our growing finance team. With a broad understanding of the Busbud business model and solid foundation in accounting and finance, this individual will serve as a critical leader in the finance functions of the entire Busbud family of entities. Reporting to the Group Controller, this position will have a strong focus on establishing, monitoring, and enforcing finance controls, policies and procedures around Busbud’s Business to Consumer (B2C) revenue cycle, including operator sales and reporting.

The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise solid judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses, the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment delivering against tight deadlines, being flexible and adaptable to appropriately prioritize workload, acting calm and composed under pressure, and having a passion for scaling operations through automation.

What you can expect from the opportunity:

We are seeking a Revenue Supervisor to assist our Revenue Manager in overseeing Busbud's B2C revenue cycle. This role focuses on accurate financial reporting, implementing financial processes, and collaborating with other teams to optimize operations.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Support the management of B2C revenue, including operator sales reporting and payments.
• Process Development: Help create and implement financial processes for new operators and daily transactions.
• Control Implementation: Assist in establishing controls for accurate monthly revenue reporting and timely payments.
• Accuracy Checks: Ensure the accuracy of revenues, receivables, and payables through regular reviews.
• AR Reconciliation: Perform accounts receivable reconciliations, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of transactions.
• Audit Support: Aid during the annual financial audit.
• Data Analysis: Maintain and analyze key statistics and trends, suggesting improvements.
• Collaboration: Work with other teams to streamline revenue reporting processes.
• Team Support: Motivate financial staff by coaching, counselling, and guiding employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
• Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform other related tasks as needed.

How you can impress us: 

Qualifications:

• Proficient in managing and reporting large data volumes.
• Ability to identify and improve process weaknesses.
• Understanding of multi-currency operations and FX impact.
• 3-5 years experience in accounting and finance.
• BAC in Finance or Accounting
• Competence with automated financial systems.
• High integrity and dependability.
• Familiarity with NetSuite ERP software is a plus.
• Proficient in English; Spanish and French are a plus.
