Job Description

Essential Functions:

  • Implement and expand the current multi-channel marketing strategy for our consumer direct team including direct mail, web lead generation, print advertisements, email marketing and partner relationships.
  • Research and test new lead generation opportunities based on target audience insights for homeowners over the age of 62.
  • Create new marketing content and manage compliance approval/review process for all new collateral.
  • Analyze lead performance for consumer direct team & ensure key metrics are maintained and partners are held to expected performance.
  • Manage lead data analysis & create & implement action strategies based on key performance indicators.
  • Increase existing lead source conversions using marketing automation solutions.
  • Manage the Sales Support team to ensure loan originators are supported in their use of our customized Salesforce CRM built specifically for loan origination.
  • Research and Implement new tools within Salesforce to engage new and existing customers.
  • Coordinate with corporate marketing team to expand product coverage at the brand level including working alongside sales to educate on product specific best practices.
  • Outline and execute new marketing initiatives for Guild retail sales team to encourage product adoptions.
  • Coordinate with local and regional management to ensure proper lead follow up strategies are followed to ensure best performance.
  • Creation & management of Salesforce reports & dashboards to assist leaders with key insights to production, performance and staff responsibilities.
  • Analyze servicing portfolio and new acquisition data to identify reverse mortgage opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Guild CRM team to ensure loan originator workflow and marketing tasks are easily accessible for end user.
  • Vendor management coordination for new marketing partnerships & maintenance of existing marketing vendors
  • Manage Live Transfer Team to ensure leads are quickly pre-qualified and transferred to licensed loan originators.
  • Continuely research target audience characteristics for both B2C and B2B opportunities
  • Coordinate licensing management within the reverse division with support from corporate licensing team
  • Oversight of IVR phone system used to manage marketing lead flow for consumer direct team.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least three years of experience in Mortgage lending, sales and marketing or related field; Reverse Mortgage experience is preferred. Prior experience in lead position preferred.
  • Sales force experience, including Salesforce CRM and Pardot, required.
  • Sales leadership experience required.
  • Experience with marketing automation, preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, strong detail orientation and highly organized.
  • Works with a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness.
  • Passionate about delivering excellence in customer service.
  • Demonstrated patience and professionalism when interacting with both internal and external customers.
  • Proficiency with data entry, PDF software programs, Microsoft Word, and Excel required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
