That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?

The Reverse Logistics Coordinator will support the Reverse Logistics Manager for DriveTime inventory related to wholesale grade units purchased through auction channels and/or going through the reverse logistics process.

Coordinating with multiple department leads to gather information, submit and track DriveTime inventory and communicate with auctions. 

• Gather all relevant information necessary to facilitate a negotiation and resolution
• Maintain accurate and complete files on purchased vehicles
• Posses knowledge of auction arbitration policies
• Posses knowledge of how the reverse logistics process works in relation to moving units through the system as quickly as possible
• Coordinate and manage cases; ensures information is entered and maintained in an online case management system; utilizes discretion and independent judgment by applying high-level knowledge and understanding of the DriveTime Family of Brand's rules and procedures on assigned cases.
• Escalates matters to management as appropriate.

• Organization and time management skills in spades. You’ll be handling multiple projects and deadlines that will require you to prioritize then re-prioritize… then… re-prioritize again.
• Operate autonomously. This isn’t a “hold your hand” kind of role. We give you autonomy to be creative in your space and do your thing. We need an individual that is self-motivated to get the work done and get the work done well.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to talk and write with confidence, charisma and competence for a wide variety of audiences including management.
• A mind for the details. Okay we know “detail-oriented” is on about every job description – but we really mean it! 

The Specifics.

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related discipline preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to utilize databases/systems to review and verify documentation and information
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as legal documents and business correspondence
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
