About the Team
The Revenue Operations (RevOps) Data Management Team supports Workday's objectives to drive Revenue Growth, Scale, Customer Experience, and Data Driven decisions through projects that shape the availability, quality, and knowledge of data across the Go-To-Market and Enterprise.

The team includes a small (< 5) Data Stewards/Strategists and a Data Operations team (~20 Data Quality Analysts) who support day-to-day data cleansing and data enrichment projects. The team is globally located in Dublin Ireland, Warsaw Poland, Pleasanton California, and now Atlanta Georgia.

The Data Management team works in partnership with Cross-Functional GTM Business Stakeholders, Business Technology (IT), and the Enterprise Data Governance Team & Council with an emphasis on driving Sales, Marketing, and Strategic Enterprise Program requirements and use cases.

About the Role

The Rev Ops Data Management Program Manager will partner closely with our Director, Managers, and team leads to organize, provide visibility, and drive predictable execution of the projects and services we deliver or participate in.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a backlog of team projects, deliverables, tasks, and status
• Create and facilitate intake processes for new requests, requirements, or prioritization
• Support defining resource plans, capacity, and recommendations.
• Develop project plans and lead project cadences for select projects & programs
• Provide communication and manage team documentation or sites
• Coordinate recurring and consistent engagement across cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline
• Minimum of 3-7 years of project/program management experience

Other Qualifications

• Experience managing or coordinating data or data enrichment projects required.
• Experience managing operational, system, or process improvements projects preferred.
• Experienced applying best practice project planning & execution tactics (scrum, agile, other)
• Comfortable with ambiguity and changing/face paced business environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead structured meetings
• Strong problem solving, priority setting, multi-tasking, analytical, and collaboration skills
• Capable of translating complex issues into simple terms to facilitate discussion
• Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills to management
• Strong interpersonal skills and capable of building relationships across teams and time zones
• Able to drive collaboration, find consensus and influence multiple teams
• PMP or other Project Management certification preferred
