Your impact. 
  • Act as lead or supporting administrator for our sales tech stack - ensuring it’s accurate, adhering to best practices, and integrated well with all other systems. 
  • Provide maintenance and first-tier support to the sales team, unblocking bottlenecks, and monitor & maintain our data to raise insights.
  • Partner with sales leaders on operational reporting and analytical requests: Board of Directors and management reporting, sales productivity and performance analysis, quota setting and attainment, and sales KPIs 
  • Work with internal customers and collaborators to implement configuration changes including: definition of workflow and approval processes, flows, process builder and custom object implementation
  • Operate as a liaison & cross functional collaborator with Customer Success, SDR, Marketing, Product, Data, Finance, and C-Suite to continuously drive greater sales alignment and efficiencies
  • Own and audit sales database information, identifying and eliminating duplicates, inaccurate information, and irrelevant contacts, ensuring system integrity
  • Create ad-hoc reports and dashboards for our end users utilizing all report types available within Salesforce 
  • Present new insights and processes in weekly sales team meetings
  • You’ll be a technocrat to examine, support, and advance the technological needs for our RevOps and the GTM teams we support
Your experience.
  • Prior RevOps or related experience in a fast-paced startup environment 
  • 1-3 years of Salesforce experience - Building reports/dashboards, validation rules, workflows, flows, etc.
  • Experience with CPQ (Evaluating, implementing, managing, etc.)
  • A knack for systems - picking up how to navigate and admin them quickly from scratch
    • Bonus if you have already have experience in BI Tools (Looker, Tableau, Domo), Engagement Platforms (Salesloft, Outreach), Marketing tools (HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo), other Sales support software (Zoominfo, LinkedinNavigator)
  • Basic understanding of SaaS Sales Processes
  • Excellent Excel skills 
  • Comfortable building relationships and communicating with different stakeholders
  • An eye for the details, and the ability to deliver accurate output in a timely manner
  • Natural inclination to see ambiguous processes and dig in to make them understood and better
  • Curious, independent, proactive & willing to learn
  • Love to help others & excited by getting things done
  • Disciplined, self-starter with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage recurring or ongoing tasks, one-off projects and on-demand request
  • Demonstrate passion for gaining new skills
Total Rewards 

Job Level: 20 

Base Compensation Range for Job Level: $70,000 - $95,000 Annually 

The cash compensation above includes base salary only. Certain roles are eligible for additional cash incentives such as commission, annual bonus targets, overtime pay or other variable incentives.

HealthJoy is a remote-first employer. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. 

At HealthJoy, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each role and individual.
